Privacy Policy
Effective: August 21, 2026 · Comprizant LLC d/b/a CallJordy ("CallJordy," "we," "us")
CallJordy is a free senior care navigation service. Privacy in our business is not boilerplate: families tell us health-adjacent, deeply personal things. This policy says what we collect, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it — in plain language.
1. What we collect
- What you give us: your name, phone number, email; who you're calling about and their situation (age, care needs, budget range, timeline, location); anything you tell us on a call, in chat, or in our tools.
- Automatically: pages you visit on our site, how you found us, a browser cookie that lets us remember you; call recordings and transcripts (disclosed at the start of every call); text and email history with us.
2. How we use it
- To help you: building your care plan, matching providers, booking tours and assessments, following up.
- To run the service: our automated assistant reads your history with us so you don't repeat yourself. Live conversations use a minimized profile — our AI systems are configured not to receive more of your identity than the conversation needs.
- To improve the service: reviewing transcripts and outcomes internally.
3. When we share it — the part that matters
Your contact information is never given to any provider until you choose them. You pick, you book — only then, only them.
- Before you choose, a provider sees an anonymous profile only: care level, budget range, timeline. No name, no phone, no email.
- When you book a tour or assessment with a provider, that one provider receives your identity so they can host you.
- If you explicitly ask us to have providers contact you directly (for example, you need a bed this week), we release your information to the providers you name — at your direction only.
- Because disclosure happens only at your direction, we do not "sell" your personal information as state privacy laws define it, and we never share it with data brokers, advertisers, or anyone who isn't serving you at your request.
- Service providers that process data for us (hosting, email, telephone infrastructure) are bound to use it only to provide our service.
- We disclose information if the law requires it.
4. Calls, texts, and email
- Calls to and from CallJordy are answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded; we tell you at the start of every call. Recordings related to Medicare conversations are retained for 10 years (federal requirement); other recordings are kept only as long as we need them.
- We text you only with consent. Reply STOP to any text to opt out — we honor it immediately and permanently. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
- Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Opt-outs are honored immediately.
5. Your rights
- Access, correction, deletion: email us or call and ask. We'll show you what we have, fix what's wrong, or delete it (except records the law requires us to keep, like Medicare call recordings and referral disclosures).
- Do not contact: say the word and we stop, across every channel.
- Residents of states with privacy laws (California and others) have these rights by statute; we honor them for everyone regardless of state.
6. Security and retention
We use encryption in transit and at rest, restrict access to family records, and keep data only as long as it serves you or the law requires. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data we will tell you promptly.
7. Children
Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and note the change prominently.
